OWN YOUR
CODEPENDENCY,
SO IT DOESN'T OWN YOU.
My unpopular take:
Codependency is deadly.
What I learned from living a life of codependency and working with countless codependent men is this: Codependency is just as dangerous as any form of addiction. Due to the covert and manipulative nature of codependency, it often hides under the mask of being a nice guy who likes to sacrifice and help others.
You please everyone except yourself.
From the outside, we might have what others would call a perfect life. However, codependent men always find themselves unhappy and unfulfilled. We turn on the "auto-pilot" mode and coast through life. Without a clear sense of self, we can't set boundaries and this allows people to take advantage of us. We forget our voice and identity.
Then you hit rock bottom.

After the endless cycle of guilt, shame, and loneliness, you realize life can't go on like this. You miss the man that you used to be and you are ready to reclaim your masculinity. This path is unknown and treacherous. It will take everything you have to become free. You need a guide who will provide the knowledge and confidence you may lack at the moment.
